SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship to your address when you purchase from our online store.  If you would like to add insurance to your order, please message us to get a final shipping cost.   Shipping and insurance costs vary depending on the items' value, size, and weight.

RETURN POLICY

Gahagan Customs is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Return must be initiated within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) of receipt of product by customer.

  • Shipping is non-refundable*

  • A $10.00 Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear)

  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.00.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • No resharpening, wear, or use can be apparent upon return to receive credit (must be in original factory condition and package)

  • Lifetime Warranty Claim Returns - Shipping costs will be reimbursed for valid claim.

  • Please contact us by phone or via email info@GahaganCustoms.com to alert us to your return and the reason for your return. Please include a valid phone #, email and time to call.  We will either email or call you with return instructions.

  • Upon valid return receipt of goods to Gahagan Customs, we will inspect the item(s) and issue refund to credit card or check as applicable. Normal inspection and refund period is less than 3 business days.

WARRANTY

All Gahagan Customs, blades come with a limited lifetime warranty on materials, finish and craftsmanship.  We assume no liability or responsibility for the mis-use, neglect or poor judgement of a owner / user of our products.  Gahagan Customs warrants to the original owner that the knife will be free from defects in materials, finish and /or workmanship and will without charge, repair or replace, at our  discretion, any knife returned for warranty work and found to be defective by . The knife must be shipped by owner, prepaid and insured original bill of sale, packing slip, your charge or credit receipt or any satisfactory proof of the original date of purchase. 

Please email info@GahaganCustoms.com to give formal notice of the warranty return before mailing return, so we can contact you to understand your complaint and insure the prompt resolution of your complaint. Gahagan Customs will cover return shipment costs and insurance for all valid claims.
