How long does it take to process an order?

Processing time for standard orders is 3-7 business days before shipping.  For any rush orders or questions regarding expedited shipping costs and times please call us.

How long will it take once my order is shipped?

For all shipments, standard shipping time is 3-5 business days for most areas.

What can delay an order's processing time?

It may take additional time to do a thorough quality check on a blade and its sheath.  We try to insure you receive a high quality product in a timely manner.  Any delays outside of our posted processing time will be expressed to the customer.

Do you offer a Military discount?

We do!  Please email us a copy of your DD214 and we will send you a code to receive 15% off your purchase.  We love our service members!

Do you have a warranty for your blades?

We do offer a warranty on all our blades.  Please see the warranty page for more information and how to file a warranty claim.

Do you accept walk-in customers? What about pick-up orders?

We love having people come to visit and there’s always a variety of stock available. We ask that if you have a specific order in mind to please call in advance so we have time to process it. We will give you a return call and let you know when it is ready for pick-up.

Yes!  We attend a number of shows and events throughout the year.  Please visit our events page to see where will be next.

What does the sharpening and restoration service cost?

Accepted Answer

This service is FREE for all Gahagan Customs knives.  You only pay shipping charges to send us the knife.  We will restore it and send it back out to you for FREE.

What if I can't remember the name of the blade for the warranty/restoration?
